How SinghCore collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Bansal Impex Inc. operating as SinghCore ("SinghCore," "we," "us," or "our"), a business automation agency based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

We provide AI-powered missed call recovery, lead follow-up automation, Google review generation, and related digital marketing services to service businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact form or book an audit
  • Business information including services, service area, and customer details you share during onboarding
  • Payment information — processed securely through Stripe or e-transfer. We do not store credit card numbers
  • Communications you send us via email, phone, or our website chat widget

Information collected automatically

  • Website usage data including pages visited, time on page, and referring source — collected via standard analytics tools
  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information about your customers (when you are a client)

When you engage SinghCore to run automated systems on your behalf, we may process personal information about your customers — including their names, phone numbers, and conversation history. This data is used solely to deliver your contracted services. See Section 5 for how we handle this data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide free audits
  • Deliver, configure, and support the automation services you have engaged us for
  • Send invoices and process payments
  • Communicate service updates, performance reports, and relevant information about your account
  • Improve our services and understand how our website is being used
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes unrelated to our services.

4. Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL)

SinghCore complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Our automated SMS and email systems include opt-out instructions in every message (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").

If you are a SinghCore client, you are responsible for ensuring that any contact list you provide us was collected with proper CASL consent. We will not knowingly send messages to individuals who have not provided consent.

We honour all opt-out requests immediately and do not re-contact opted-out individuals.

5. Client Customer Data

When delivering services to our clients, SinghCore may process personal information belonging to their customers (names, phone numbers, conversation history). This data:

  • Is stored in GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party CRM platform
  • Is used only to deliver the services specified in your client agreement
  • Is never sold, shared with unrelated third parties, or used for our own marketing
  • Will be exported and returned to you within 10 business days of service termination upon request

By engaging SinghCore, you consent to your customer data being processed within GHL and acknowledge their applicable privacy and data policies.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may share personal information with:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our primary CRM and automation platform for delivering client services
  • Stripe — for secure payment processing
  • Google — for Google Business Profile management and review services where applicable
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for ad management services where applicable
  • Service subcontractors — bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to this Policy

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve your experience. These may include:

  • Essential cookies required for the site to function
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand traffic and usage patterns
  • Marketing cookies used by third-party platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) if applicable

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Client account data is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 2 years
  • Invoice and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law
  • Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months
  • Customer data stored in GHL for your automation systems is retained as long as your account is active

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

9. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include secure platforms, limited access controls, and encrypted communications where applicable.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. SinghCore cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for data breaches caused by third-party platform failures (GHL, Meta, Google, Stripe).

In the event of a privacy breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active clients directly via email.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
